The Story
“INDUSTRIAL SA”, operating for more than 10 years, has been consistently delivering results that the founder considers satisfactory. His children, actively involved in the business, feel that the business has a much greater potential and therefore asked us to analyze the company’s data and highlight both the opportunities it can take advantage of, as well as the risks they have to consider.

OUR APPROACH
How we worked
We worked with the Management team for 6 weeks to understand the company’s business model and its future steps, holding individual discussions with the founder and his children.
We were provided with all necessary available financial data, which we analyzed in a top-down approach using our Growth Detector methodology.
Our proposals led the owners to not only to get a complete and accurate picture of all aspects of the company’s operations, but also to realize the unrealized so far potential of the company. Based on our suggestions, the company
1. Reduced its operating costs and renegotiated terms with suppliers, freeing up liquidity.
2. Redesigned its product range, with fewer products, reducing its production costs and warehouse management costs
3. Redesigned its commercial policy towards new and existing customers.
4. Raised significant liquidity by utilizing its assets
5. Introduced – for a first time – a structured budgeting framework, at company and functional level, with regular evaluation of results and tailored key performance indicators.
