Introduction

Our website was designed, developed, and is owned by the company Onisis Consulting IKE (hereinafter the “Company”).

The use of our website, including simple navigation therein, is governed by these terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”), as in force at the time of use.

Use of the Website means that the Visitor has unconditionally accepted the Terms of Use, which he/she is invited to read carefully.

Binding nature – amendment of the terms of use

The Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been accepted when a Visitor accesses and navigates our website. Such acceptance shall mean the express, unconditional, and irrevocable agreement on the part of the Visitor to comply with the Terms of Use.

The Company constantly aims to resolve any dispute that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and implementation of these terms of use amicably and out of court.
